4. User Content & Property Listings
By submitting property listings, photos, descriptions, or any other content on DirectoHome, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the listed property
- All property information, documents, and details provided are accurate and verified
- You grant DirectoHome a non-exclusive licence to display your listing on our platform
- You will not post duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading property listings
- DirectoHome reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our platform guidelines
5. Zero Brokerage Policy
DirectoHome operates as a zero brokerage property platform. We strictly prohibit any user from charging, collecting, or demanding brokerage or commission fees through our platform. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and removal of all listings.
6. No Warranties
DirectoHome provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure verified, accurate property listings, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing, content, or information on our platform. Users are advised to independently verify all property details before proceeding with any transaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, DirectoHome, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, reliance on any property listing, or any real estate transaction conducted through DirectoHome.
8. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold DirectoHome harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of our platform, fraudulent property listings, or violation of any applicable Indian law or RERA regulation.

10. Account Termination
DirectoHome reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account that violates these Terms & Conditions, posts fraudulent listings, engages in brokerage activities, or misuses our platform in any manner — without prior notice.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable Indian law, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12. Variation of Terms
